01 Reconstitution (Lab Standard)
Most Physis peptides ship as lyophilized powder. Labs reconstitute with bacteriostatic water before experiments.
- Bring vial to room temperature
- Wipe stopper with alcohol
- Inject BAC water slowly down the vial wall
- Gently swirl until dissolved (do not shake hard)
- Label with concentration, date, initials
Example:
10 mg vial + 2 mL water = 5 mg/mL. To draw 500 mcg → 0.1 mL (10 units on a U-100 syringe).
Unreconstituted
Store −20 °C long-term; fridge OK short-term. Protect from light.
Reconstituted
Fridge 2–8 °C. Typical lab window 14–30 days. Discard if cloudy.
02 Common Research Protocol Ranges
From published research literature for laboratory protocols only. Not for human use.
Healing & Recovery
BPC-157: 200–500 mcg 1–2× daily, 2–6 weeks. TB-500: 2–5 mg 2× weekly loading. Wolverine/GLOW: combined regenerative designs. KPV: 200–500 mcg/day anti-inflammatory models.
Metabolic
Retatrutide: weekly escalating (start ~1–2 mg). Tirzepatide: weekly from 2.5 mg. MOTS-c: 5–15 mg several times/week. 5-Amino-1MQ: ~50–150 mg/day research.
Longevity / Cognitive / Sleep / Skin
Epitalon: 5–10 mg/day cycles. Selank: 250–500 mcg/day. DSIP: 100–300 mcg. GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg/day. NAD+: protocol-dependent cofactor research.
Melanocortin
PT-141: 0.5–2 mg research designs.
