01 Reconstitution (Lab Standard)

Most Physis peptides ship as lyophilized powder. Labs reconstitute with bacteriostatic water before experiments.

  1. Bring vial to room temperature
  2. Wipe stopper with alcohol
  3. Inject BAC water slowly down the vial wall
  4. Gently swirl until dissolved (do not shake hard)
  5. Label with concentration, date, initials

Example:

10 mg vial + 2 mL water = 5 mg/mL. To draw 500 mcg → 0.1 mL (10 units on a U-100 syringe).

Unreconstituted

Store −20 °C long-term; fridge OK short-term. Protect from light.

Reconstituted

Fridge 2–8 °C. Typical lab window 14–30 days. Discard if cloudy.

02 Common Research Protocol Ranges
